1. Our 14-Day Premium Window

We offer a 14-day premium return window from the date of physical delivery. Because our inventory consists of highly calibrated electronics and custom titanium shells, return items must remain completely pristine, unopened, and in their original security-sealed box packaging.

2. Exclusions

Please note that customized hardware upgrades, tailored brand engravings, and software activations are entirely non-refundable. Any device that exhibits scratches, dynamic user locks, or broken package seals will not be accepted for standard returns.

3. Verification & Refund Processing

Once returned goods arrive at our Experience Hub, our inspection lab will verify hardware integrity within 48 hours. Approved refunds are credited directly back into the user's primary source payment gateway (e.g. UPI, credit card via Razorpay) within 5 to 7 business days.

4. How to Initiate a Return
