1. 2-Year Luxury Coverage

All authentic electronic devices procured through Opera Digital Hub are backed by our signature 2-Year Luxury Warranty, starting from delivery. This coverage operates independently of and alongside original brand manufacturing warranties.

2. What is Covered

This warranty covers all structural failures, core electronics, battery defects (dropping below 80% health within the coverage window), displays, and integrated software configurations that occur under standard personal usage guidelines.

3. What is Excluded

Exclusions include aesthetic wear-and-tear, drop damage, submersion in liquids beyond IP certification limits, unauthorized hardware alterations, root modifications, or third-party service interventions.

4. White-Glove Repair Flow

Should your device require physical service, we do not require you to stand in queue. Our premium courier will pick up your device, place it inside our protective vault, and dispatch a replacement device for your use while repairs are completed.
